🔬 Floor 2 — Far East Gem Research Institute & Far East Gem Lab
Step into a working gemological institute — one of the very few in Southeast Asia open to the public. Browse professional gem testing equipment used daily by our certified gemologists: refractometers, polariscopes, spectroscopes, and more. See how gemstones are scientifically identified, graded and authenticated — the same rigorous process trusted by leading jewellery houses around the world.
This is not a replica or a display. It is a fully operational institute, and visiting it gives you a genuine window into the science behind every gem you’ll ever own.

The journey from gem to jewellery ends here. The King’s Bespoke showroom is home to a carefully curated collection of exceptional gemstones and fine jewellery — sourced directly by our founders from mining regions and gem shows around the world.
Whether you are browsing, seeking inspiration for a bespoke commission, or simply want to see what truly fine gems look like in person, Floor 3 offers a rare and unhurried experience. Our team is on hand to share the story behind each piece — no pressure, just knowledge and passion.
