The Gem Museum is located along 222 Queen Street and is within walking distance from Bras Basah and Bugis MRT stations. It is also accessible by bus along Middle Road and Victoria Street.

If you are coming by MRT, alight at either Bras Basah MRT station (Circle Line) or Bugis MRT station (East-West Line).
If you are coming by bus, there are a couple of bus stops where you can alight.
